SINKCELL

3-AXIS CNC MACHINE FOR WORKTOP PROCESSING.

DEDICATED TO KITCHEN WORKTOPS AND BATHROOM VANITY TOPS, FROM CUT-OUT MACHINING TO EDGE POLISHING.

  • Power: Hp 20 HP

Multifunction with 5 interpolated axis managed by new generation numeric control that manages both automatic movements of all axis.

SINKCELL is a 3-axis CNC machine designed for kitchen worktops and bathroom vanity tops in natural stone and synthetic materials up to 40 mm thick.
It performs sink, basin, cooktop and accessory cut-outs, from drilling and milling to profiling and polishing of the internal edges. Where workpiece dimensions allow, external edges can also be profiled and polished, completing both internal and external machining operations in a single setup.
The working area measures 2032 × 814 mm (80" × 32"), while the open structure accommodates larger worktops, with machining within the available working area.

Integrated vacuum supports with guided positioning simplify setup. A cross laser assists support placement, lifting omnidirectional wheels help position the worktop, and rear reference pins provide a fixed machining reference.

The 20 HP liquid-cooled electrospindle and 11-position automatic tool magazine carry out the programmed machining sequence without manual tool changes. The steel monoblock structure simplifies installation and commissioning.

A movable console with a 22" multitouch screen provides access to the Windows-based CNC control and EMMEDUE interface, developed specifically for worktop processing.

Dedicated interactive macros guide the operator through common sink, cooktop and accessory cut-outs, starting from the worktop dimensions and opening positions.

The CNC manages the machining sequence, tool selection and automatic tool changes, bringing the main programming and machining operations together directly at the machine.

External CAD/CAM software can be used for custom geometries and special machining operations, complementing the onboard macros.

Optional DDX EasySTONE Basic allows projects to be created in 2D and 3D, geometries imported and machining strategies prepared on a separate office workstation. Parametric libraries and a graphical tool database support programming and tool management.

Programs are prepared offline and transferred to the CNC, keeping the machine available for production while new jobs are programmed.
